Diving in the area of Orihuela Costa

The seabed of Orihuela Costa meets the demands of proffesionals and amateurs of Scuba Diving and Snorkelling. Some of the main characteristics of this coastal area are slopes full of life, nooks and crannies where you can find no end as well as amazing stones and rocks.

The temperature is pleasant throughout the year and the average temperature is not below 12 degrees in any month. This is due to the influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the inland mountains that keep it warm.

The sea is relatively calm and there is little current. This scenario is just perfect for millions of marine species. Underwater life is certainly very diverse, especially in the grassy parts of the sea. Apart from the Mediterranean fish, you can find rays, seahorses, crabs, octopuses and moray eels.

So, if you are a sea lover and you would like to do some diving in Orihuela Costa, we bring you some of the best places to do it in this little guide.
