Three Natural Paradises to visit close to Costa Blanca

The South East Coast of Spain is one of the most valued summer destinations by tourists from all over Europe. One of the main reasons why this happens is because of its incredible combination of beaches and leisure in its multiple locations.

Cities and towns such as Torrevieja, Campoamor, La Zenia or Cabo Roig, are some of the emblematic places that represent this combination. However, if you have decided to visit this incredible area during your vacations, you should know that it is full of places a little more remote from the tourist, but that you should not miss in any way.

Some of these places are difficult to discover if you do not have a previous guide, so in Taxi 2 Costa Blanca, 24 hour taxi service in Orihuela Costa, we have created this list so that you can fully enjoy the wonderful surroundings of Costa Blanca.

Natural Beaches of Calblanque

This place has an exceptional uniqueness because of the different figures of protection of its natural resources. The beaches of Calblanque are located in one of the areas with the greatest floristic and fauna biodiversity in the Mediterranean, where magnificent cultural and landscape resources converge.

The area where the Natural Beaches of Calblanque are located coincides with a Protected Natural Area (ENP) called Calblanque Regional Park, Monte de las Cenizas and Peña, located in the eastern sector of the Cartagena-La Unión mining Sierra, near the Mar Menor and Cabo de Palos, between the municipalities of Cartagena and La Unión.

Santa Pola Salines

It is a wetland of 2,470 hectares in the coastal area of the Bay of Santa Pola, with a great wealth of flora and fauna. You can carry out activities that are part of the Natural Park Environmental Education Program and a series of routes such as the Yellow Route: El Pinet and the Roja Red Route: Tamarit Beach.

Lagunas of La Mata

This natural park is a wetland that is between the towns of Guardamar del Segura, Torrevieja, Los Montesinos and Rojales. Guided visits are made for more than 15 people and the visitor can make a series of ecotourism routes in which the great environmental and cultural value of these lagoons is shown.
